Sunday Sundries--Christmas Edition Part I

Looking through some of the family pictures for some things to print and send along with Christmas cards, I have some to share with you, along with of course, some snarky cartoons and funnies.

This is a Patricia Anderle piece, Christmas Cardinal Sampler, from a Better Homes & Gardens Counted Cross-Stitch magazine. It is hanging by our front door and I love it lots.

This is me--with no clue why Mom cut the picture around me, but it looks like I'm having a pretty good Christmas.

This is something I found going through the family pictures that hadn't seen the light of day in 40-50 years. It's a picture of my dad, probably back in the early 40s.  How cool is that?

One of the best Christmas presents ever--Prissy Lou. Mom brought her home for me as a kitten and she promptly ran up the tree, knocking it down. She became a daddy's girl when I went to college and she was a wonderful listener.

Another picture of me with my much older brothers--I'd forgotten I had a xylophone!
This looked like awsomeness to me! Imagine a topiary Godzilla that's life-sized and breathes smoke! Love it a lot.

Today is two weeks before Christmas. Does that scare you as much as Mr. Frank's Monster?

BWAAHAHAHA! Sorry, I thought it was funny.

Does this make up for it? He doesn't even have to be wrapped.

Wishing everybody peace and love over the next few weeks. Take care of yourself and take care of others. Remember the greatest gift you can give is your time and thoughtfulness. More later, I promise!
