Sunday Sundries--Belated Edition!

My apologies--I flaked on getting my blog post done because I was actually writing fiction! I am working on getting another chunk of my two first novels polished for one of my beta readers. Not that I don't love you all--BTW, I'm coming up on 8,000 page views. Thanks to all and welcome to a little corner of my twisted world.

Here are some of the things that made me laugh over the past week:
He looks a lot like one of my stripey twins. Don't know if Boris would even have been this polite about it, though.

I believe if you're going to do something, you should do your best, don't you?

I seriously need to get this in my head and my heart. I'm still waaaay too hard on myself.

I finished a round of killer antibiotics for two particularly nasty spider bites and just want to say it's a hell of a hard way to lose five pounds, but I'll take it. This is another. Reminds me, I was going to clean the oven last week and flaked on that, too. *sigh*

We had a Friday the 13th last week--I totally miss our Sky Kitty, who was a black Manx. Yes, black is beautiful.

Love me some tuxedo kittehs too, though I laughed at his white nose!

Guuurrrrll, you don't even have amateur status.....

Guess who brought home a package of the dark chocolate ones and resented that she had to share with her husband? Should see what he would do for one......

Or just had brothers like me. I'm trying to work this into my fiction, which follows a family of five sisters.

And finally:

Makes me want to stitch again! Which of my finds did you like best? Have a super week, everybody and I promise I'll do better.

  2. Working on your fiction is a GREAT excuse for being late with your blog post, Julee! I never had a sister either, but the same feeling applies to children, LOL! Thanks for the smiles! :-)
